The minutes for the month prior to the present month are the approved minutes from the most recent board meeting. The minutes for the most previous board meeting have NOT been approved. They are informational only. All board members should pay special attention to those minutes for approval at the next board meeting. Board members, administrators and chiefs need to post the minutes at their respective departments. Annual departmental protocol depends on the minutes being posted.
