The minutes for the month prior to the present month are the approved minutes from the most recent board meeting. The minutes for the most previous board meeting have NOT been approved. They are informational only. All board members should pay special attention to those minutes for approval at the next board meeting. Make sure you print out and bring your own copy to the board meeting. Board members, administrators and chiefs are encouraged to post the minutes at their respective departments. Annual departmental depends on the minutes being posted.
The links below are downloadable files. They are uploaded in pdf format, and should be able to be read by any computer (There was no Feb. mtng due to weather) (There was not a quorom at the June board meeting. The May minutes will need approved at the August board meeting) |
